For who

As a therapist and coach, I work with people from diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and origins. I believe that one is best equipped to guide others in areas where one has done one’s own inner work. With my many years of experience engaging in my own personal processes—both within and outside of formal training programs—I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that is relevant to guiding others through their own inner processes.

I have outlined below the types of issues clients bring to me. Consequently, the reasons for visiting a body-oriented therapist vary widely—ranging from physical, emotional, and stress-related complaints to combinations thereof. Tension, overwhelm, or suppressed emotions often play a role.
